I started these sept 2nd. How do I know when they are ready for harvest?

Still have a few weeks. When about 80% of the website hairs have turned red and back into the flower, check the trichomes (crystals). @oldmarine has a great video.

You have a few weeks to go before it’s time to start looking at trichomes. Wait for nearly all the pistils/hairs to turn brown and recede back into the calyx’s then start looking at the trichomes for cloudy to amber.
