@Kingdavid83 do you have a magnifier of some kind? If so look closely at the grayish brown lookin parts bud rot looks like a bunch of webs. If it’s rot you need to cut it out only keep what doesn’t have any you want to be really clean about it even wiping your shears with alcohol after every cut . If you spread it it just keeps growing. Keep everything that had it and you save part of separate so if you do miss some it doesn’t spread to your good stuff
