Why isn’t it growing tall?

Looking very healthy

I use MG Organics 2X myself. No shame in that … just a little hot in the seedling stage. Your plant looks fine. Raise the light a tad like others have said

She is at the explosive growth stage so get ready.

What can I say, I like short fat buds and ladies. Not my choice in women, trust me.

30% could be a little stressful for them… That’s kinda low…

Depending on the genetics and how high you have ur light above the plant and what percentage you have ur light on can effect the growth ,if you have ur light on 50% and its close to ur plants then ur plant wont grow up it will stay short but if you lift ur light up and have it on 40% you may get the stretch ur looking for

Fox farm open sesame is great at helping plants stretch

Thank you, I needed that.

All autos. Lst. 55 days from seed in soil. All at diff stages. Moby dick started flowering like 17 days from seed pop. The cbd lemon had one cotyl leaf. Didnt grow bigger than seedling for 3 and a half weeks easy. I almost pulled her. Now day 55. Shes as big as the others and hasnt even flowered yet. Just started

U can see how small he was to others etc lol  autos are weird

Are you saying it’s okay if not sometimes better if you turn ur light down to a lower % and move it closer to the plant?

Sounds reasonable

For real!?

@Neeley7 I’m not an expert, but you can vary the distance and strength as long as you make sure to keep the DLI and PPFD values in check. Optimimzing that depends on life stage and type of plant. If you put those acronyms in the search, tons of threads and the charts to follow will come up.

Quick edit: you should get the Photone app (or a light meter) if you don’t have it. Then you can monitor these values as the plants grow.

Thank you!

Don’t fret, she will stretch some, then stretch again when it starts to flower.
Some times you grow a runt, doesn’t mean it won’t turn out a nice yield.
Feed her well and she’ll feed you well.

1 thing to understand about auto. They are NOT stable. Some will misfire and flower early or stunt. Some will never flower till light changed or misfire. I stopped stressing them. Even if environment is perfect the auto will do as it pleases. Attached is a picture of a Northern Lights auto from seedsman. 90% of the ones from them have been big juicy girls. This 1…good environment…living soil…no stress…flowered early “stunt”. I will still get some flower…not a lot. Auto have thier place but a photo is more manageable for good yields and a consistant growth pattern.

As you can see from the picture she is very healthy…just gonna be small.
Here is a picture of a photo vegged well and flipped today.

That photo is 3x3 in size.

Indeed! When they begin to bud before the stretch you’re going to have a short one.
