If you are sure there are seeds, there might have been a male nearby (looks like you grow outdoors) Or… it could have hermied because of stress or going to long

Indoor or outdoor? If indoor, you likely developed some ‘nanners’ that self-pollinated the plant. If outdoor, you’ve got a male upwind.
