So far, I use IGLM seeds only. I’ve had a few wierd ones, and a few that didn’t pop. But in the world of planting… thats the way it works.

I had a terrible grow… my fault, what I saved was still pretty dang good.

The grows which didn’t kick me in the nads, turned out sa-weeetttttt!

Im pretty satisfied overall with ILGM seeds. I cant speak on what they are like compaired to other genetics as i have only grown ILGM. I see several amazing buds from many different seed banks ILGM included.

Where i fall short or "am not satisfied " i put on myself as a new grower and i genuinely feel like that will get better with time and experience :metal:

Amen on that, with any plant any seed company veggie or weed, you can grow or kill them, ā€œmostā€ fails are user error in my grey matter!! Been there done that.

They were good for me here down under until COVID, 100 percent germination, maybe 2 genetic mutants.

Now we have fortress Australia Bio controls and nothing gets here, so you have to take whatever you can get.

Ive gotten seeds from ILGM and a couple others seed banks that came in the exact same packaging with the same type of labeling on the baggies. Obviously they came from the same source and used the same inventory system. Its a in San Diego California. Ive had great results with ILGM seeds. Ive gotten seeds from other sources that were crap. The guys at my local grow store dont like ILGM they call it ā€œI love guessing marijuanaā€ but none of them have ever grown any ILGM strains.

I always think of this scene in Ratatouille
Yes its just an animated movie, but a fun watch.
His admission about criticism being fun to write and read (or podcast and listen to)
is what so many people like especially when its about a successful entity.
Any sports team that is winning will have the same kind of detractors.

[Anton Ego]
ā€œIn many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends.ā€

I think one of the big criticisms is they are a very large seed bank that source seeds from multiple large breeding operations.
Lots of growers like to work with a specific breeder or know the specific genetic lineage.
I have done a few grows with ILGM and have had every seed germinate and produce female flowers. I have had a few that have produced different bud structures but that is the nature of growing from seeds.

I’m in a discord group and some of the breeder’s are selling clones for $175, $200 each! And they sell out fast. I guess if you want a strain bad enough, it’s worth it to buy one to be your new momma plant! :upside_down_face:

Not in my budget or desire to pay that much, tho. ILGM says ā€œAs of this moment we haven’t been able to get our seeds to Canada, mainly because of the high import fees and we do not have anything to share regarding this right now.ā€ I wish I could get some so I could enter a BOM once in a while!

Just find a friend located in the United States that is willing to receive your seeds order and then mail it to you…

That’s how I got a few strains from here since ILGM stopped shipping to Canada…

@plumbdand , this reminds me of the grief folks used to give me about my job and where I work. I would always come back with ā€œdid you ever apply for a job there?ā€, to which the answer was always no. Response: Shut your pie hole! Haters are gonna hate

Go take a look at the beleaf website, boomfiya.

They glones in the thousands

Nope nope nope nope not gonna happen. That is crazy somebody to pay that much for a clone. I enjoy growing from seed too much to even buy a clone. I’m not a trendsetter or follower sooner or later I’ll find what I was looking for

Haters Hate…that is my take. I am not a seasoned ILGM grower. Have only bought 2 strains from them. GFOG is now one of my go to strains. First gro with inadequate everything and still got almost 6 zips. The next gro had my big tent and HLG light and it was over 8 zips with only 6 missiles.

The only seedbanks I have purchased from and will continue to buy from these is due to growing their strains and harvesting a plant that grew as stated. Humboldt, Seedsman, ILGM and Bro Grimm. The DTC99 from Bros Grimm was another bomb grow. Just over 10 zips IIRC.

Should say got clones, dk how i came up with glomes

I feel like prices like that have to be geared towards either growers that sell or dispensaries that are going to make a mother plant and start taking cuttings. Idk a personal grower that could afford that just for personal use.

I’ve got a good idea :rofl::facepunch: cause I read clones :rofl::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: didn’t notice it until you pointed it out :person_facepalming::fire::evergreen_tree::fire::evergreen_tree::fire::evergreen_tree::+1::+1:
