Got out of surgery f r kidney cancer 2 hours ago and thought I’d check in. I am high as a kite on fentanyl. It’s good to be doing reasonably well, even though I can’t spell at the moment

I’ve gotten three 25 yard walks in so far and going for another as soon as the nurse takes care of the other patients with more important needs.

Surgeon said Saturday afternoon. Internal bleeding is a risk with this type of surgery. I have a tube in my abdomen that drains the blood from my torso. I’ve been through a pint already since 3:30.
