I’m waiting to cut the 4 plants I have in my tent but I’ve also got 4 starts in Solo cups that were gifted from my son. 2 caramel cream and 2 bbc gelonade from Humboldt seed. I would like a mentor and help learning how and when to supercrop. Is anyone interested?

Absolutely agree from everything I’ve read an seen. The only other person I can think of would be on YouTube, Kyle Kushnan.
I’m far from a “Master”, but I’ve supercropped once or twice… I just love torturing my plants

I don’t always top them, but I’m always supercropping branches…

How early do you start manipulating and bending? I heard someone or read, do you bend and strain till the beaches crack? Do you also do that with the main stalk? Seems nerve racking like there is a point of no return.

I do it to any branches all the times, and often I do it on the main stem.

Was a video I found after watching the podcast Garden talk with MrGrowit. He had Kyle Kushnan on and they were talking about super cropping and how it got started an with the space needed to do it I couldn’t help myself but look Kyle up to learn more.

Kyle is An old time pre legalization happened celebrity for cannabis. He wrote a column for high times back in the day, when high times Was the authority and the Gucci of all things cannabis. Kinda like Playboy back in the day, but that’s another story.
Anyway, he was the breeder and disseminator of the original strawberry cough strain that was popular with the cannabis world.
He has not been in the scene for quite some time, until a few years ago he did a deal with homegrown. They are a competing bank, so I won’t get into That.

… But this is another topic I am very interested in and am trying myself but using a homemade net just for extra pieces of mind.
It’s a good way to shorten the height a little bit on stretch monster strains. It’s like a distraction for their stretch in veg. While they heal the phloem and xylem inside.
Personally, I’ve grown and played around with that strain and breeding projects quite a bit. The strawberry cough can stretch. That’s why kyle probably first had to do it. Ha Otherwise that plant will stretch high into the lights.
Yeah I got some THC Bomb photos that my last one B4 I stopped it was over 5ft. And that’s what I have going again in my tent lol so gotta keep them shorter only 5ft of height in tent.
