I had one that grew so fast it actually fell over and i had to scoop up the soil around her to get her back up and she grew fine. @NewMan

I used a 23watt clf didnt get stretching. But in the past using a twisty tie off bread bag. Stick on end in soil. Make a small circular bend at the top and set your stem in it so it holds it. And try to get a light fan over them. Not directly on them but i aim it above mine so they flutter ever so slightly. This will strengthen them up. Just make sure the wind is beating them up, air flow and slight movement is good. Direct wind is bad. Good luck. Hope i could be a little help.

I use a mix i make for seedlings with peatmoss and vermiculite40%/40% sand 10% pumice stone or perlite 10% works great for seedlings. If u wanna skip the cups, autos dont lile transplants, just fill ur containers like normal except at the top i bury a cup. Then pull cup out leaving a cup sized hole. Fill with seedling mix soil. Wet. Plant seed. Cover that whole spot by cutting bottom off clear water bottle and lightly press in soil being careful not to disturb the seedling. It acts a humidity dome. Just add light and or a heat mat and wait.z

That’s a great idea for autos, without disturbing them at all you will see them rocket :rocket: in growth
