Leaves droopy right now in last 2 pics, This is my 2nd grow with white widow autos using ffof soil and perlite, 400 watt hps, metal halide bulb in until i see flowering then change bulb, first pics are from my first 3 plants i dont know if they could of done better and last pixture is my ones going now temperature is 73 f and humidity is 43 percent any help would be great and also have fox farm nutes but heard sensitive to them
. What happened to her fan leaves In first pics ? The new pants need nitrogen they obviously aren’t getting it from the soil mix you’ve got them in. I see no signs of overwatering but a nitrogen deficiency is present and possibly other nutes on all 4 babies.
Shouldnt be i am using ffof and people say they sont need nutes for like the first 4 weeks in that soil i have fox farms trio nutes big bloom, grow big, and tiger bloom
What kind of yields did you get last time pal? How did you find the autos
Never plant a seedling in pre nutes soil no matter who makes it period. A nearly inert soil is best for seedlings. Read read and read more ppl say all kinds of things and those things are usually based on marketing practices and the loudest voice not always the best. LookOrganic pot mix with addl perlite vermiculite and peat. Nothing else and water with distilled water or rain water and don’t worry about ph the first 2 wks not when using distilled water. Besides seedlings enjoy higher ph 6.5-7.2 You should be using the above for good results. Just because some weed growers had the larger voice in determining that Fox farms is best and nothing beats bat guano and it’s a must for every grow blah blah blah and ahh bull ! ( coffee grounds are far better than bat guano and worm poop but not many folks know this and that’s not my opinion ) it doesn’t necessarily mean they are absolutely the best. It’s all in marketing brother. You’ll come to understand your own way and what works for you. However don’t rely on fox farms nutes or someone’s soil mix etc. to do the job. I’ve only said this because you seem to use those items and what else you’ve purchased as why and what. There will be others along that will share their knowledge which is superior to mine. Happy growing hope you get it fixed
So start feeding it nutes i got the seeds from the site just heard autos are bery sensitive to nutes
I agree with @Zsitchin on this one
Ffof is ok once they are a bit bigger
I’ll trans plant mine When they have the 4th or 5th node to forever home
They are in starter pots till that time in promix Bx
Do not feed them with the trio yet
Here is how I am doing the soil in my pots. I start with a section of essentially nutrient-free Light Warrior soil, which is intended for new growth. Then, the roots grow into the Happy Frog area, a light nutrient mix. Lastly, the rest of the pot is filled with nutrient-rich Ocean Forest.
