I need your help to identify and solve a problema I’m having with one of my plants. It’s still on the early stages.
Some white/brown spots are showing up on fan leaves, some sides and tips are curling. I already treated it with some pesticide and fungicide, and am watering it with tap water that is left 2 days outside to remove chloride and ph adjusted to 6.2-6.4
This would be helpful to the pros and they’re gonna ask for it.
Also, when did you calibrate your ph meter last?

But what comes out the bottom of the pot is just as important as what goes in when we are talking about measurements. Think you could get a PH reading of your run off?
It would be beneficial to you to gather up some of your run off water that comes out the bottom of the pot, and measure its PH, it won’t necessarily be the same as what you put in the top.
OK Guys, so finally I managed to measure the run-off water, and got a ph < 6.2! (can know th exact value because the color scale ends there) I suspected my feeding water might be too acid, bu I measured it and got the values I expected, 6.2-6.4. Is this possible? Seems weird that the soil is acidifying the water…
Also, I noticed some small flies on the plant, they are not white, more dark-black. And the plant seems to be getting worse, and now some of my other plants are starting to show the same symptoms.
