When to used vegetation and bloom switch

My ladies are starting to flower. And my lites have a veg. And bloom switch. And question is should I use both in flower

I believe most manufacturers recommend using both, I know I always used to, but I’m no expert

Yes, use both! You can use both in veg, it’s just getting the full spectrum.
