When to start my seeds

Hey everyone! I have a quick question. My plants are in flower probably have about 7 weeks until finished.
Ok I have the one grow area so I’m trying to figure out when I should start my next seeds. I do have small cfl’s for seedlings. Just not sure when to start so I can rotate them into the room. 2 GDP & PH.

Autos or photos? It makes a difference because if you are running photos, then you will have to maintain > the 12 hours of light that your flowering girls are receiving (if they are photos.) If you have an extra space to tend to the new plants (and the lighting,) then you are good to go. If you are running autos then your light cycle doesn’t matter as much.

Yeah I’m running photo. ILGM fem. Seeds. I have a beautiful sun room. It’s a jungle of house-plants. Just worried about all the correct light if I put seedlings in there. Growing in 4’x5’ enclosure for veg and flower.

I have never done this, but works in theory… If you start plants from seed they won’t flower right away regardless of light schedule. The plants typically don’t mature enough to flower until they are at least 4 weeks old. So if you dropped them in time to get them to more typical veg schedule before that you shouldn’t really have any issues. I would definitely give yourself an extra week or two of wiggle room though, just in case you need to leave flowering plants go a little longer.

Tks. Yeah if I have to I can keep them in the sun room for a week or two.

What would be the ideal setup for this scenario? I just switched my first plant to flowering (I have a grow journal on here if interested ), and want to do the same thing as @Fishhunter. Without buying a whole new tent, do people use something like a “grow box” for seedings?

The issue here is that flowering plants need 12h of light and seedlings need 18h, right?
