@KaterinaRey Welcome to the board! I believe @Samantha19d6 stated this is her first grow! She did really good for a first grow, huh? There’s a lot of info out there and it can be overwhelming but if you just research, it’s really not that hard. You can do it too 
PS - You don’t need quite the elaborate setup that @Samantha19d6 has lol.

I just followed the Grow Bible step by step and any questions that came up I posted on the forum…been lucky so far…fingers crossed! But I pretty much left them alone and started Nutes 1x week at 6 wks old, 18/6 full spectrum LED light schedule the whole time. I got the auto mix pack from ILGM and my 5 blueberry never germinated so that sucks, but good luck on your first grow and welcome to the forum!! It’s so exciting!!!

@KaterinaRey Welcome to the community. You will, and already have from @Samantha19d6 , get great support here. One recommendation would be to get a high quality light from the onset. One common experience is not having adequate light strength. Stay away from the purple grow lights… although I really like the color. Get your environmental conditions ready prior to beginning. As you have questions, ask away. I’m not an experienced grower by any stretch, however learned so much by reading a lot, doing, and keeping good notes.

@Samantha19d6 That is a bummer with the BB. Really liked it. From the first grow, I think we purchased the same pack, the BB was by far my best plant. Just finishing a second grow with BB…48 hours of dark then chop! She is large and takes up the entire grow space.
From what you state, seems you did everything as recommended. Did you contact the ilgm staff about possible replacements? From what I’ve read, they are good about this. Not sure if it’s too late.

@PP3121 I know it sucks about the BB but ILGM did replace them with no issues whatsoever! I got gelato and super skunk feminized instead, thought I’d try something different! Can’t say enough good things about ILGM lol between the community and customer service…I’ll be a customer for life! I’m getting close to chopping one of my Amnesia Hazes the trichs looked like this today…what is your opinion? I’m nervous to chop them too soon or too late.

That is great to hear that they did that for you. I have had zero issues with ILGM.
You are very close. What are your desired effects? Do you have the harvest chart? My question is, is that pic from the little sugar leaves or from the actual bud? Looks to be the sugar leaf… 
The leaves will mature faster than the buds. I’m still seeing some clear. Again, depends on the effects you are looking for. To me, it’s looking like a week or two more.

@PP3121 I believe it was both leaf/bud lol those damn cameras are hard to hold still to get a good pic😂 But here’s one from tonight of the bud…
I’d like to get the high somewhere in the middle but less couch lock lol if that makes sense! This is the chart I’ve been going by, but the one you shared is way better!! Thank you!

Looks like many clear still. At this stage, they will mature quickly. That’s a decent visual reference as well. I find this a bit hard to really gauge. I tend to reference the amount of amber trichomes.
Tell me about it, no way I can keep my pocket microscope steady enough to see let alone year pics through it!

Looks like some are starting to turn amber. I would say it’s ready but that’s just my two cents
Can you get a pic of the plant now so we can see the pistils too?

It looks like photos 1, 3, 4 and 5 are of sugar leaves. They turn amber sooner than bud trichomes. That leaves photos 2 & 6. In these I see mostly cloudy. I grew amnesia haze autos some time ago. They took forever. Three plants between 117 and 125 days. Truthfully, I could have let them go longer.

Still has a lot of clear and cloudy
Five days later I said enough is enough and cut her. I didn’t think they are going to change much if at all and she is spent and tired
How is your plant looking. My autos always looked like this when I harvested them. They show their age much more than photos.

@OooWee1184 yeah the top colas look ready, but the lowers have more clear.
@beardless I’m at 91 days and only 1 is close, the others have white hairs still!! I could definitely see them going past 100 days! She was chasing light early on so she’s spacey for sure! Lesson learned.
Compared to yours she’s looking rough:joy: Also we changed tents to a 10x10 and bought 4, 2,000 watt LED lights, which prolly created some stress but they were tight in the 4x4. I also stopped feeding her Nutes about 1 wk ago.

Because the first one is stretched out so much you may want to just harvest the top colas and let the rest of her go till later or when the others finish up.

How was the high? And being mostly Sativa, how does having amber in the harvest effect the end product/high?

I’ve heard it’s pretty common to harvest only the top half of the plant and let the bottom go another week. I wish I did this. I harvested my gorilla glue based off the top colas…bottoms were very flowery.
PS, is that a 10ft tent you got there? lol yeesh. Makes my setup look like a college closet grow

I’m heavily leaning towards only harvesting my top+ bud, too.

Didn’t measure the sq footage when we bought it soooo definitely surprised at the size when we put it up! Had to buy 4 lights and 3 exhaust fans (1 stays in the 4x4) and 3 more fans just to get it right bc it’s SO big!
@Twelve1 I’ve seen on here a lot of people harvesting the top colas first if the bottom wasn’t developed, but I was wondering about the health of the plant after…I have 10 in bloom and 16 seedlings on day 8 so I figure it wouldn’t hurt to test it out on one plant before the rest are ready🤷♀️
Too much amber causes couch-lock type high from what I’ve been told (I’m new this is my first grow)
