How can I tell when it goes from vegetative to flowering stage?
She will stop producing new foliage at the tops and will start producing pistils (which ultimately become flower.) Autos usually flower some time between 4 and 7 weeks, but you will occasionally get a stubborn one that can take up to 9 weeks.

Which seems to be exactly what the plant in the pic is doing…
If this is your plant in the pic, i would say you are in flower…
