Had some of the stem rot and was able to get it to pull through just fine, but he’s not showing symptoms of necrotic leaves indicating stem rot.

Search stem rot on this forum there is some advice and pictures you can compare to. I have only read about it and have never seen in in person so I can’t say what it is for sure just what it looks like. I defer to more experienced growers on these types of plant health issues like @WickedAle @garrigan62 . They will have more insight than I.

Wiping off the mold won’t solve your issue. Treat with peroxide solution like @WickedAle suggested. Spray down at lights off.

What’s wet and moldy in your environment? Gotta be something.
Do u no what the humidity is if its to high u can get a dehumidifier your soil can be staying to wet do u let it dry out the way i water is every 3 two 4 day that happen to me a long time ago and what i found i was doing is over watering and it never showed sign of over watering eather i ended up buying a small dehumidifier and stoped watering so often and she came back strong not shur if that whats going on but its just a suggestion hope everything works out for u happy growing
