What's a good photoperiod strain that wont grow too tall for an indoor grow?

Good Evening, MidwestGuy, I order a 200 watts grow light for indoor plant from amazon, it is Aluminum LED, Brand: LUYIMIN, I water the plant every 2 day, No nitrogen

This is a very poor quality light and these type of lights are actually only about 15% of the advertised wattage. Again, you want a light built with Samsung LM301 diodes for the best results. You should expect to pay a little over $1 per watt for quality lighting.

Qual B-1000 LED
Spider Farm 2024 New SF 1000 LED

I would choose the Vipar or the Spider Farmer, as these are known, reputable makers. The Qual B light is an unknown and we have seen instances of less reputable light makers who lie about what diodes they are using. I wouldn’t trust Qual B. They may be fine, but I wouldn’t take the chance with an unknown.

These are 100w lights. Two of them will provide the best results with one plant. Adequate lighting can make a huge difference. I run the equivalent of 3 to 4 of these lights per plant and get results like this:
