I just noticed my leaves have holes. What should I spray.
I would start with a really close inspection of your grow space. You may very well have something eating your plants.
The way leaves are eaten it can be a small snail. Check under leaves. If it is a snail baby it can hidden very well. It sleeps during light time and wakes up only in night with high humidity or when you spry leaves with any water or feed.
But it may be any other bags like caterpillar or similar.
I advise you find this enemy and kill him with your hand without pesticides. As I can see in pictures it isn’t a infestation but a only one or max 2 individual animals. Avoid pesticides is always better for your personal health and of your plants.
Ciao
Whats the white stuff?
Thanks. I’ve been looking and can’t find anything
Please make a closer pic to that STUFF. Or take with your finger and make a detailed picture.
It seems like an excrement
That’s probably my soil.lol
I found a dead mosquito. That wouldn’t be it right.
But I don’t think that stuff powder is a problem.
Snails can sleep under pot or where you cannot see.
If it is a snail it is a very small one. A baby.
Check BETTER EVERY WHERE.
Or spray plant with water and let it in shade and wait .
It will appear if it is a snail.
Also if is a bag like caterpillar it is a small one.
If you have time check under leaves near internodes and near leaves eaten.
Or shake plant without breaking it and look if something fall down.
This is what I advise you before using a pesticide.
The problem is small till now and plant does not risk much health.
If it continues to eat your leaves next days you can write me @Teddy78.
I will be happy to help you telling some pesticides.
But check better you will find it!!!
Yes it is your soil!!!
Cool thanks you. I’ll check again in the morning . Really appreciate the help
Good growing.
Good Morning @frescal
After seeing all of those eaten leaves…
You need to be looking at the underside of your leaves and the stems and soil as well. That mosquito is probably a soil gnat. (PITA but they can and do cause damage, though not what is pictured) My guess would be thrips or aphids of some sort, but hard to tell without seeing the little buggar.
I’d make a closer inspection butr in the meantime Neem oil is organic and safe to use at all stages of growth on MJ plants. If you spray the leaves, turn off the big lights until it dries so you don’t burn the leaves.
Is it a growth area that you pinched(FIM) off. Because that could be the answer… if you aren’t finding any pests. Sometimes the leaves grow back a little scarred. If so, no biggie. Keep rockin.
I did just lst
