She has been flowering since first of Sept. The hairs are starting to turn orange. Am I just suppose to feed molasses water now? I have big bloom and tiger bloom also. Very new to this any help is greatly appreciated. Also her leaves are very droopy. She looks sad. And should I have just the red bloom light on or both lights?
Put both lights on, she needs more light. Also, you should be feeding both Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom now.
How much do you suggest per gal.?
I mixed 4 tsp. of the tiger bloom and 4 Tblsp. of big bloom to 1 gal. of water. I am now having a hard time at getting the ph up in the mixture. Am I doing something wrong? I have added 3x the amt. of ph up than I normally do to just plain distilled water. I just don’t want to poison her.
have you calibrated your ph tester?
Yes, you’re doing something wrong. Don’t use that mixture! It’s way too strong. Sorry I didn’t get to you sooner, but you only need 3 teaspoons or one tablespoon of Big Bloom, and 2 teaspoons of Tiger Bloom.
That’s why the Ph won’t go up, you’r mixture is just too strong.
Thank you @raustin for your help. I threw it out gonna mix up another and hopefully that will work. Do I do this with every watering now? And when do I stop giving the food? I do read alot here but sometimes it is a little confusing. I’ve worked pretty hard at keeping this poor girl alive. Lord only knows why she’s still hanging in here. Maybe she knows I really care. Will I be able to keep her after harvest? Her stalk is nearl split in two now from the light falling on her.
I don’t have a digital ph stick. I have been checking it with a ph test kit. It sucks but can’t find a digital one around my area.
Oh, good, I’m glad you didn’t feed her that. You want to feed her once a week. So water, water, feed every week. Then you will stop feeding her about two weeks from harvest, and no I don’t think you’ll be able to keep her alive past harvest.
You can use zip ties to pull the split back together ( mine split where it was topped and wait of branch split her ) and if after a while you want to remove them I recommend toe nail clippers to cut zip ties, less chance of cutting to deep from knife
you could also use grafting tape

All have given good advice
Grafting tape would properly be best to help her heal if you have access
I’ve used honey on the split and Just used painters tape and some wire ties in the past
They are very resilient plants and will heal if addressed early enough
Good luck
