Welcome to the forum ,Yeah good question because you know it’s not 1500 watts.
we seem to constantly have to explain this? The cheap light systems mostly coming from Amazon are advertized very cleverly. They call them things like 1200 mach 1 or 1000 spx or 1500 superlite bullcrap etc. Then people think the number is the wattage! Which we all know is strong manure! The worst part is wattage means very little also… who cares if the lamp is a 1000 watts if its only making heat with it? Or light spectrum thats only good for car lights! Oh this subject pisses me off! If this were almost any other product the companies would be sued for false advertising and misleading claims!
Ok my friend, we can clearly see it say LED watts says 1000 right? However power consumption is only 115watts ? Well wtf is that? Are led watts different than power consumption watts? Im stumped!
You gotta look at it like a stereo system , you have a 1000 watt sub. In order to consume 1000 watts you have to supply those watts. To do that you need a amplifier in lighting you need a ballast. If your light draws 100 watts and doesn’t have a ballast no matter what it says it’s still just 100 watts. If it does don’t worry about the light look at the specs for the ballast.
Is this not strong enough? I have only 4 plants in a 2x2x4 tent.
You could have done little better, but you probably could’ve done a lot worse.
Most concerning things to me is ph of 7, and you hardly have anything in those pots.
I’m learning my first time. Didn’t want to heavily invest unless I know I can do it. I do have the FF Trio pack. Should I start feeding now.
That’s fine on the light. If that is straight coco you should probably be giving it something pretty quickly, but you will definitely want to get the ph to some more like 5.8ish and get them into full pots. Don’t have to be large pots right now, but you don’t want to have your pots nearly empty.
I’ve added FF mutes. PH still 7.5. What do I need to get that number more acceptable. Starting to see some budding on one.
