What kind of bug is this on my outdoor grow? Should I be concerned?

I had flying ants mating other day and there were thousands (or hundreds:)) of flying ands in my yard. It seems it was a one day per year event, but now I have a few of these bugs I noticed lingering around my plants. Is this a wasp type? Should I be concerned for cannibus plant?

I would guess it’s in the Xylophagus sp.… several kinds and no common name. There are one or two with the longer antenna ( there are approximately 32 sub species that also include some beetles. Latin is broken down basically to mean wood eater.

Or a type of wasp… so many to choose from though! Compare to a Parasitic wasp

High praises. Now I remember why I took Latin in High School. Smart upper class girls willing to help a freshman.
