From that angle looks like maybe thrip or whitefly

Good question, I’m not really sure. I have sprayed at dark couple times a week without issue.

Looks like a leaf hopper. No mater, all mentioned are no good. Get after them…

These are Leaf Hoppers. They don’t do that much damage. Order Preying Mantis eggs.
