What is happening here. Cant figure it out

So I have either burning from nutes or a deficiency.
The long purple streaks in stems show of an overall deficiency. But a day before I did a flush of hydro system and filled with RO water that was fresh straight out of ro thingy which puts water ar 45f so that could cause problems as well for shock.
Lights were to close as well and I raised them.
The discoloring started at top and has worked it’s way down to some lower leaves as well. It starts with tips bronze like color and works down edges of leaves.

I tried to check some guides but I have no clue what most the descriptions point to on a leaf. Tips(easy one) , margins, internodal, etc. What part of a leaf is what ?

I’m working with Jack’s 321 ph got out of whack and was low at 5.2 and then when fixing it lol I overshot and went to 6.8 or so. This all happened in a 2 day period and has since been fixed to 5.8. And to make it easy I just installed a blulab ph doser so it is spot on at 5.8.

Oh I am rambling on. Here are some pics.

Top leaves.

Another at top

White dots in not worried about. Was a nutrient splash from hands after I changed an air stone.

Ah I forgot stem

On snap my fingers got so sticky holding stem

5.2 pH will burn roots, after that, it takes time for them to recover, hitting 6.8 will only just start to lock out certain nutrients.

pH swings will hide themselves as some sort of nutrient deficiency, the constant see-saw effect really screws with all attempts the plant makes to acclimate. Like us going from summer to winter every week and back again.
