What do I need besides lights to grow indoors?

I have the t5 2ft 4 bulb lights bc it’s a small closet and I’m only doing a few plants. I have this aluminum foil stuff with tape along the walls. Will I need anything else?

Ppm meter, ph meter, nutrients, ph up/down, a lot of light (You’ll have to get off your wallet) carbon filter, exhaust fan, fan inside grow area, dehumidifier/humidifier area pending, sensor to monitor environment, air conditioning or heat. Something to maintain 75F-85F year around.

Lighting should be the single most expensive part of your grow set up. Don’t go cheap. Look into horticulture lighting group, those are great lights.
Humidity can vary, depending on grow stage. Higher humidity through veg, then lower humidity into flowering. 40% or less. Some live in a desert, and only need a humidifier, and some live in a humid area, and only need a dehumidifier.
Hope this helps.

The nutrients and fan I already have. I’m using fox farm. But where would I go for the ph stuff and all that

Ph down, I use phosphoric acid. Same stuff by general hydroponics. I use a concentrated version. You may not need ph up, it just depends on what your starting ph is at.
Ph meters are readily available on Amazon. As long as it can be calibrated you should be set.

Aluminum foil isn’t the best reflector, I use emergency thermal blankets. They are cheap and look like aluminum foil. Plus they reflect well so helicopters can find you in a rescue situation.

Cool thank you. I actually think I have some emergency blankets in my hiking bag. I would of never thought of that. I appreciate it
