What causes the spots on the leaves? Please help

Any idea what is causing the spots on the leaves? I am a first time grower and don’t know if this is disease, nutrient or water caused.

Plant is Girl scout cookies from seed.
Being grown In a fabric 5 gallon pot from a pot for pot.
Plant is outside in SE Michigan.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Are/Did you spraying the plant with anything, water, nutes?

Looks likes it been around a few days? How’s the whole plant look? Upload a picture, if you can.

I haven’t been spraying the plant with anything. This particular plant is at a friends house so I will ask them to send me a pic of the whole plant. Friend is watching my plants as have to go out of town for a few days.
