I purchased 10 sour diesel auto. I have tried to germinate 6 of them and so far only have one plant. The others have cracked open but the root doesnt grow out. Its been about 5 days. I have 4 left but want to ensure they germinate. The first 4 I put in a dish in dark warm room got 1 plant and 3 duds. 2 days ago I put 2 seeds in a wet towel in warm humid location. 1 has cracked but the root hasnt started growing. The other hasnt cracked.
What can I do to ensure greater success in germinating?

Ok cool I am not sure if this is the right forum, But I am a hydro grower with lots of great results, BUT covd
stoped my growing (health reasons) did not get sick, vac here, any who, have taken down big tent w/t 5 gal
bucket grow, and now growing in my small tent. My ? is… How many plants should I grow in a 4x4x8 tent with 1 viparspectra light and do I need to crop these auto seeds, and how high will they grow… thanks

I soak for 24 hrs and then burry them. Works very well for me with autos.

This my 1st time 4 everything here, growing AND posting, so 4give me n advance if I’m goin about this wrong but I KNOW ima find some help so here goes…
I have a 2 week old seedling with only 1 cotyledon!!! Hopefully my concern is laughable 2 anyone past their 1st grow nd I’m jus buggin. I did a lot of research but I’m smart enough 2 know that nothing beats experience nd actually doin the shit urself so here I am lol. The terrible all started when my other 2 seedlings sprouted on the same day. Every plants different tho right? No biggie. But after a cpl days i took a closer look and realized the sprout was trapped under a small piece of wood in my soil (mix of FFHF, OF, and perlite if it matters). I gently freed it while cursing myself for the rookie mistake of not decluttering the top layer all the while assuming it killed it… Clearly another rookie mistake bc the next day I noticed it struggling to crest the soil. At first it looked sickly and discolored but seemed to be perking up quickly. My heart filled with pride nd I was looking forward to seeing the 1st set of leaves. Buuuutttt…
My feminized big bud seedling is 2 weeks old and only has 1 cotyledon leaf!!! That 1 warrior leaf looks to be healthy and growing but is clearly the runt of the group. My other 2 are amnesia haze and chocolope, and are both sprouting their 2nd set of serrated leaves. I always hear how fragile, yet critical the cotyledon leaves are in these early stages nd now I’m thinking I already sentenced it to death nd this is me dragging shit out… Unless I’m not nd everything’s fine… Unless it’s not.
I attempted to take a pic, with the lights off😏 but I don’t have clearance yet lol. Thank u in advance 4 tolerating me as I step outta voyeurism and attempt to become an active and contributing member of the community.
Long story short (*long): Send help.

That size tent and light would probably accommodate two, at best 3 plants, depending on how you wanted to train them and what strains they are. I have four autos right now in roughly the same environment (different LED light) and have made them have only two main colas. The lower buds were getting zero light so off they went. When I do it again I ‘ll only put two in and train them more.

Hi guys, 1st time poster / growing. Looking for some advice on my 1 plant as its got some strange coloring compared to the other, not sure if its deficient or just growing strangely.
2x2 with a spiderfarmer se1000
5.9 PH in coco + perilite with roots boost/bloom and worm casings.
High temps of 77 nightime 69.5 humidity consistent between 70/75%.
Carbon Filter + Exhaust. Oscilating fan inside.

They do look like they are stressed some. To help you out, can you tell us a few things:
Strain? Auto or photo? Growing medium? Lights, both type and how long they are in? Temp of room? Watering schedule?
This is just a short list to help start figuring out the best path for your plants. Again, welcome!

Hi growers, 1st wanna say this group is awesome! All the other forum’s I’ve browsed (there be many lol) this one caught my eye because nothing but love 
So the real reason I’m here…
Im a complete newbie to when I comes growing autoflowers, got a fair few successful photos under my belt but thought give these ago (see if I can be converted lol)
So here goes… I’m nearly 2 weeks in from sprouting and my question is do these look small for their age? Stunted?
I understand at this stage the girls r focusing on root growth etc but can’t help but think they r stunted!? Also as u can see in the attached pics the zskittles looknreally small & the Cinderella has slight yellowing on the tips of one set of leaves this happened on the last light cycle (18/6)
My set up…
1200 watt led with varied spectrum (on veg/blue atm)
It’s sitting about 14inch from canopy.
Coco plus with fresh worm casting at a ratio 90% coco 10% castings (top few inches NO casting to reduce neut burn) no perlite as I forgot to order some 
but am using 8L air pots.
Canna A+B, cal-mag, and PHd water… feeding low amounts e.g. 1ml/l of each and feeding approx once a week (when light to lift) obviously got other neuts but not time for them yet!
1st week or so was Just PHd water with 0.5 ml/l cal mag!
Got extractor and filter but no isolation fan atm as mine broke and awaiting a new 1.
Temp sitting at 21c - 28c with RH of 60-80%
Any help u guys could offer or point in the right direction would be great. As I say I’m new to the auto world.
Or am I being a fanny and worring to much!

Yes they look a little small for 2 weeks old in coco. If I had to guess you are just treating more like a soil grow than how majority of us typically grow in coco. Ph 5.8 and feeding to runoff pretty much daily?
I’m not really sure which topic to point you to for the most help, but I would check out search bar.

Never used soil always used coco on my photos!
And yep ph between 5.8-6.2 not feeding daily atm as the coco is still moist (think this is due to lack of fan atm)
Originally I thought maybe the light is too low but canopy temp is fine! This is y I’m a little confused… might be just slow starters… my mate is doing Cinderella tonand his r taller but less leaves and he’s using soil… though i do think his have stretch a little can help but think that maybe that mine just havnt grown much and the they went quite 2 weeks yet more like 11 days

I’m in the midst of my first grow, bubblegum auto, coming up on week 11 Wednesday. The buds don’t seem to be maturing and my fan leaves are yellowing. I noticed some on the pistils turning red. Is there a way to make the buds mature faster?

These are the pics as of today. Most Bubblegum auto grow journals show harvesting by this point. I’m coming up on week 11 Wednesday and don’t know if I have done something wrong.

Your girls are beautiful. All plants are on there own time. No two plants grow and mature at the same rate. Patience is a virtue when it come to growing weed. So be happy and you will have some great product when it done!! Happy growing
