Weird dark leaves

So my girls are a lil over a month into flowering now and today i noticed some weird darkening leaves. Just a few on one plant. I havent seen this color on them before, any ideas whats going on?

Just a bit of purple, nothing to be concerned with.
Some plants just have purple, (just cyanidins), that show up. Lots of purple strains that have been bred.

No worries Growmie :call_me_hand::facepunch: it’s actually a phenotype expression that people go crazy over lol

I agree with the others.

Pretty and Christmas-y!

My New York City auto is getting red on her leaves, much like yours, due to cooler lights-off temps.

I think it make be too early for this color to show judging by the stage the plant is in. Just a thought.

Looks like you maybe week 2-3 in flower?? Judging by the deep green/waxy leaves I’d say it’s definitely being fed.

Phosphorus (P)

Also identified by slow growth, leaves will become a very dark green or purple color and may have red or purple veins. Leaves may be quite small and possibly deformed. Using a high P fertilizer should correct the problem.Nutrient DeficiencyPhosphorus deficiency

What nutrients are being fed, when did flower start, and pH in Out?

You could be feeding correctly but seeing a disruption in delivery because of pH

Or… if I’m wrong, don’t worry about it.

They are about 6 weeks into flowering. Honestly i dont check my ph anymore because with the anvanced nutrient ph perfect line they say not to adjust your ph.

Cool further along than I anticipated! That’s awesome.

Yeah I have heard good things about that line of nutrients, I’m assuming you are using reverse osmosis as that’s what’s recommended for it? From the little bit of reading I’ve done that’s what dials in the pH. Or pHing tap prior to mixing.

Seems to be based more on hydroponic or soilless medium.

Sorry for seeming negative, just offering other possibilities.

Your plant seems far enough along where it won’t really matter much at this point.

Hopefully this link doesn’t violate rules

No appology needed! Didnt think you seem negative. Advanced nutrients has a page talking about using their nutrients in soil and i also messaged them about the ph perfect bloom micro grow specifically and they said its great for soil growing as well and to mix it by the directions. I havent seen anything specifically saying what kind of water must be used and ive only talked to a few people that use it but none of them mentioned any idsue with me using filtered tap water so im hoping thats ok.

Sounds like you’ve done your homework, I can definitely appreciate that!

I just saw some of that in that long article from them.

Alright alright I’ll leave ya be! Hahaha

A little concerned this may be phosphorous/potassium issues instead of natural color change. Decided to start adding advanced nutrients big bud (they recommend it with my nutes anyway). It has phosphorous and potassium so ill see what effect that has.

Ok so i gave them the big bud 2 days ago and this girl is having a real dramatic reaction…

A lil yellowing on a few leaves on others but nothing like this! Was that too much for them somehow? Should i flush her real good?
