If I have 1 gallon of water/nutrients, how much of that gallon is a feeding per plant.

This depends on many things. How big is the plant, container size, stage of plant, temps. More info please? 
Mine are in 50gal grow bags and I feed them about 4.5 gallons each every week.
What nutrients is prolly the only way I could even try to answer this fairly and even then Iād prolly just tell you to follow their suggestion on their packaging until your plants tell you to chill the ef out

The packaging should give you dilution ratios per gallon/liter whichever you use. Get the feed ratios mixed then feed your plants the amount of mixture they need for runoff of approximately 15% or so.
