How much Bergman nutrient solution for each plant?

Bergman’s nutrient chart shows how much powdered nutrient to add to each liter or gallon of water, but I am having trouble finding information on how much nute water to give to each plant and how often to administer it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mix at suggested ratios. How much of the mixed solution you give each plant is dependant on plant size, maturity, and growing vessel.

welcome to the community, i water mine until i get enough water running out of the bottom to test it and i use the weight method when its time to feed. when its light to pick up then its time to feed.

Thanks for the warm welcomes! I’m looking for a very general base line here. Let’s say the plants are average sized, in 10 gallon pots and midway through their veg phase. Are we talking roughly a 1/2 liter of growtime nutrient solution per plant? A liter? A gallon?!?

I grow in 10 gal pots also it usually take about 1 1/2 gallon for run off but 2 gallons gets you about a quart of runoff.

Thanks for all the replies to this thread. From what people are saying, it seems like around a gallon of nutes per plant twice a week is a reasonable baseline. Does that seem about right?

That’s totally fine, but maybe half strength feed solution.

…or full strength once a week?

I’ve never used Bergman’s, but I would assume once a week, with a watering in between is fine as well.
