My idiot dog just tore off a large branch of one of larger plants. (No cookies for her today)
Is there anything that I can do or use the leaves for?

@dcmarik depends on how mature the plant was. Immature trichs can have racey anxious no-fun buzz’s. Got any pics of the trichs on her?
Use it to season a pizza, wont likely get you high but tastes yummy
@dcmarik how long ago was the damage? There was a grafting video just posted by @The_Chef , maybe it could help you?
In reality they’re only somewhat useable on plants that are close to harvest from my experience. You can boil them into a tea that can be relaxing depending on the strain.
You can see where she tore off the branch in the second picture
@dcmarik take some clones off her tops instead then so it’s not a complete waste. She’s young still.
You can use em in your compost pile. Then its not a complete waste.
And very healthy too! Like spinach or kale but doesn’t taste yucky
Done that, and it is very relaxing
Kinda mildly spicy and pepper-y to me. I eat the tips when I top or prune.
I do a similar thing. I always choose 1 plant to turn into hash (dry ice or bubble) to figure out which one i grab a bud and lick my fingers to pick.
Thanks @The_Chef I think his window of opportunity might have passed but maybe it’ll help someone out there!! Appreciate you bud!
Drop them in the freezer. If you need something in case you over-dry, you can use them to re-hydrate.
Compost was mentioned I have helpers with that.
There’s a thread somewhere here that shows leaves being stir fried.
The fan leaves that I trim off of plants, go in a big open cardboard box to dry. About every 6 months, I will crush them up using a drill with a paint mixer attached. Then spread this on the yard, for a free lawn fertilizer, (well maybe not free). But I can actually tell where I put it down and where I don’t. It makes the grass much greener. I just use the big fan leaves for this.
I make hash from the sugar leaves and trim.
I love the idea of happy bunnies lol !!
Yeah they’re pretty fat and sassy between kitchen scraps and yard waist I don’t have to buy pellets for them and I’m fairly sure they have access to all the vitamins and minerals they need. I’m just glad that THCa is not psychoactive, who knows what high bunnies would be like.
