Talking to a few grow bros the feeling was to dial back the feeding.
New growth looks healthy but was it over feeding which was the likely cause?

Dark, waxy, clawing leaves is usually indicative of too much nitrogen.
Any suggestions?
@Africanplainstrain
Feed with correct ph and ec.
Check ya run off numbers
Looks to be a little heavy on nitrogen. Water only the next couple rounds.
Good luck.
No fertilizer for at least 1 good watering only if not water only the next two times it needs it.
Most keep track of tds in the runoff to know when to feed what.
Ph is important also, if ph is really low then it can only take-up nitrogen causing N toxicity even if it not been fed alot. Or other nutrients can get locked out if ph is way to high.
So as to your question, “was it over feeding?”
Possibly could be.
Need to know more about about it like whats it growing in and what have you fed it at what ppm how often?
Do you always get a good bit of runoff each time you feed and water it?
And could be ph related if you haven’t fed it alot.
But without anything more then the picture I’d say no more nutrients for a round or 2 and make sure to use distilled or RO water for those 2 rounds or around 100ppm of whatever ya got ph that accordingly “5.8 for hydroponics and 6.5 for soil”.
Checking ppm and ph off runoff can give us more if an idea exactly whats going on if thats something you can provide.
Exactly & great reply @1HappyPappy
I agree with the others on nitrogen overload. I too would do water only next watering or two if you dont have any #'s from runoff to go by.
Agree with @Borderryan22 …nitrogen heavy
