Two or three weeks is pushing it. Way to many white pistils. I wouldn’t be surprised if you have 6 weeks to go. They will seriously bulk up so don’t pull early.

Ty will keep eye on trichomes
Once the pistils have turned amber to dark brown is when you start monitoring the trichomes. 
I’d guess closer to 4-6 weeks.
