So what I’m trying to figure out is. I’m a little new to all of this growing, and from all of the other pictures and stuff that I have seen seeing my sprout. There is this yellow is brown. I’m not quite sure of the color on my leaf, and I’m wondering What do I do to stop it from happening or getting worse.

I wouldn’t worry about it yet. It’s too young to really make a determination if anything is wrong. Remember, the plant is pulling all (or most) of its nutrients from those leaves until the roots get established. I would’ve worry until you get to your 3rd set of leaves. Doing good, hang in thete. Looks normal to me. 
as mentioned by @Darran it’s way too early to concern yourself with anything. Nothing abnormal is standing out. At least not that we can see in pics.
