About the morning before light thing - I’m sure I’m not the first one to think of or ask this - Can I just cover the plant tonight to keep it dark and harvest when I normally get up?

Harvested about 2/3 of the buds this morning, very selectively. I found that some of the buds the pistils were still all white, and checking with a loupe they still had about half clear trichomes. I’m figuring I’ll leave those go for another week or three and see how they look. I left as much leaf as possible so the plant might stay active and healthy since it’s still early; maybe it will work to pump up those remaining buds.
Smart move. Definitely dont wanna miss that last swell. Thats why so many said hold on. Harvesting is something u read, read, read on. But timing it right takes experience. U did right staggering it. Now when u see that last push ull Know its time
