Trichome help please

SCOG? I just noticed white flies and I’m right at harvest time. Ever dealt with them?

Gnats it sounds like,
Stop watering your over watering.
Go get the yellow plant stickies and put them around, make sure you put a couple at the base of the plant.
Also cover the soil with Diatomaceous earth, DE food grade.

Those things all together is the only way you will get rid of them.

Oh screen of green, filling a net.

Hey thanks for your help. I’ll try the DE stuff. I did overwater once just a few weeks ago, hum I guess that’s all it took. I’ve only seen one fly? I checked the leaves on all plants and no signs of any bugs.

But if I have one there’s gotta be more. I did add one yellow sticky bug thing to the tent. Thanks for the SCOG info. I’ve bought netting and plan to try it on my next run.

I know you said for you 30% amber is your target. Do you look at both the sugar leaves and the buds to do your estimate of amber?

The larva is in the soil, you have to break the life cycle of one fly planting more larva. The DE does this and the sticky catch them before they can spread to much.

SCOG is for photos yes, it’s ideal to do 1 SCOG net per plant so that you don’t end up with all these plants stuck together.

I look at a couple different buds, never worry about sugar leafs, the tallest buds will mature faster.
That’s why it’s important to tuck/trim leafs that cover bud sites.
