If memory serves me correctly i believe you purchased a TerraPump was just wondering if it is worth buying? @MeEasy Looking for any input!
I believe @AfgVet used one of these if I’m not mistaken
I haven’t used one but someone on here recommended it to me. I use a toy water gun it’s those ones that are essentially a giant syringe I like it to empty the trays under my pots and put the water back into the plant (organic only can do this)… if I needed to transfer any more water then that I would buy a couple of the terrapumps
@MeEasy I was wondering what I’m gonna do about getting rid of all the runoff when my girls need more waterings. Those giant crayon looking pool squirters. Genius.
I cut down down mineral feeders for my collection of runoff after watering,i’m using 10 and 15 gal fiber pots, i use a shop vac to suck out excess water after after taking a small sample for testing, @Borderryan
@AFVET Was it you that used a Terra pump. @MO-Grow @Budz @Covertgrower Huh memory must not be as good as i thought!!
I only have like a collective half gallon of runoff. I wanna setup tho that I need a friggin floor drain lol.
I hear ya man
Yes Sir @Borderryan22 that’s the ones I’m talking about, I’d like to take the credit for the genius idea but I believe it was @Calizona that told me about them, I’m not that bright lol also I had asked the ol lady to grab me a couple from Walmart and she actually found them at the dollar store so don’t pay the 10 bucks a piece for em on Amazon if you don’t have to.
I have 4 or 5 sitting in the backyard toy box right now lmao
Negative. Wasn’t me.
Me neither.
I’ve been using this one and love it. @Bulldognuts is using it as well
Just ordered one . Thanks
I absolutely love this pump, makes watering a breeze Just a heads up, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Motor burned out 2 weeks before warranty ran out. I contacted seller through Amazon and filed a claim and they shipped a replacement within a couple of days.
Simple, You don’t water again until they have sucked all of the water out of the tray. Watering when the plant trays are full is called over watering.
2.5 years later, just what I was looking for.
I find myself using the search function on the site more and more.
Thanks for the reference folks!
