Trans plant Question

Hello again Ladies and Gentalmen,
I have the Fox Farm Trio fertilizers (Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom).
I had my plants in 16oz solo cups with Happy Frog soil only. I started to fertilize with Big bloom when they turned 3 weeks old.

I transplanted at 4 weeks old into a combo I made from 60% Happy Frog, 30% FFOF, and 10% worm casings all mixed together.
I added the Grow Big to the Big Bloom and fertilized one time.
Then I read that the plants don’t need any additional fertilizer at this stage? WTF? I am totally confused because I have been going by the Fox Farm Soil Feeding schedule,
https://foxfarmfertilizer.com/images/pdf/usa-soil-schedule-english_3-2018.pdf

Any thoughts as to what I should or should not be doing at this point?
The plants are 4 weeks old today and are looking very healthy.
I watered them with water only (PH = 6.2) 2 days ago.
Thanks for all your help.

I’m not an expert with liquid nutrients but most people would say to start feeding with 1/4-1/2 the recommended dosage. As long as the cotyledons (the 1st set of leaves after it sprouts) have died off, then yeah you can feed them but I would start off with probably a quarter of the recommended dose.

If you just transplanted into an amended soil it should have a reasonable nutrient charge for a little bit. I’m not sure what the footnotes on schedule say, but there may be one about applying to a soil with amendments.

The important part is that your plant gets neccessary nutrients. If the soil they are in is providing, you don’t need to manually apply until they are depleted. If you have an inert growing medium then the schedule would be a good guideline to start with.
