So im debating on using roots organic terp tea grow,bloom and bloom booster or gaia
Green 444 and gaia bloom 284 have anyone use these befor and which yall think getting ready for outdoor season 2026 out here in hawaii

I did a bag of the roots terp tea a few seasons ago. I still have a tad left. The local grow shop gifted it to me when I got some promix for sprouting. He knew I was a living soul soil nut. I do not know how much it helped, because my soil is rich to start out with. I put it on some ILGM plants gifted to me by diverdave and they were tasty.

What I liked most about the terp tea was that it has a microbe boost in every dose. The dry mix is cut with:

And it smells great too. Every time I mixed it I wanted to have a cup of it. Smells like sweet matcha tea.

@merlin44 Uses Roots Organics top-dress products for indoor plants, and very successfully so.

@Learningkanaka As Twelve mentioned I do use the Roots Organic dry nutrient line (along with their original soil). I use the full line of products, roughly according to their published schedule.

I don’t have any experience with just using part of the product line, but my guess is to use it according to the schedule along with whatever other nutrients that you are using.

Also as Twelve mentioned, I grow indoors. I don’t have any knowledge or experience regarding outdoor growing.

The roots organics terp teas seemed pretty good but weren’t enough to carry large outdoor plants to harvest. I would use in conjunction with the uprising products or other traditional top dress materials.

If you do buy the terp tea, you’ll need to aerate or use some type of brewing contraption or it will be very slow to dissolve. I used 5 gallon bucket with large airstone and added a little hygrozyme. Long as I mixed the night before it was always ready to go the next morning. The plants that got just this were a little rough but the ones that were assisted by targeted top dressing of down to earth products looked really good. If you’re wondering, I had bio live, fish bone meal, alfalfa meal, azomite, langbeinite, gypsum, and blood meal.
