Tip toeing through the garden (noob status)

looks good to me! That humidity (both day and night) is perfectly fine for vegging. When you flip to flowering you might want to invest in a dehumidifier to keep it always around 30-40.

Everything looks good and as said above your humidity is ok I wouldn’t worry about that and just keep doing what you are doing

Thank you, I wasn’t sure if my humidity was impacting them heavily or not, mostly because all my efforts to introduce more moisture in the air has been in vain.

I’ve been prepared to get a dehu ever since I started this grow. It’s better to have it and not need, than to need it and not have it.

I figured they were pretty happy, but ya never know. It’s been a couple days since I gave them water and they’re getting pretty light. When I get home I’ll give them a drink and take some readings from the runoff to see how they’re consuming the nutrients in soil.

They’re enjoying the light a lot. Node spacing is so close I almost want to raise the light to try and space them out a bit.

Now yes in flower you will probably need a dehumidifier epically if it’s in the summer but if you are indoor in a house it may not be as bad

No I don’t recommend it more nodes more bud sites!!! It will stretch in flower for you to 2 times the size you put it in flower at sometimes a little bigger

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. I just started LST’ing them instead to help the secondary nodes start developing more. Just a little torture on my schedule today.

Just a mini update for those wondering the progress of the girls.
CD is middle left, GL is bottom right, CW is upper right. They’ve been switched to flower about 4 days ago and are growing like nobody’s business at this point. I switched over to a new nutrient line because I was struggling with ppm spikes with the previous.
They’re being fed with nectar for the gods and can only have good things to say about the line thus far.
Happy harvesting my friends!

Looking good bubba

It’s a shame you couldn’t let the plants fill the screen more before switching the lights, but they look beautiful and should end up with plenty of better than you can buy!

Thanks for the tag…

I agree with @FloridaSon about filling the net some more, and I’d continue to tuck through the flower stretch and spread them out even more. Looking good and healthy though, nice job! :v:

Very nice looking plants, @Thelaughingwolf. I will be watching to see how they grow.

I agree; but for my first grow I figured I’d be better off and have less stress if the three undergrew their space rather than overgrowing it. I’ve got a much better gauge for size now and plan on making some changes on the next go around.

I’ve been tucking them for a bit now, CD needs to be tucked almost everyday. Next run I’ll have a better idea of space per plant and extent of stretch. There’s only so
Much reading you can do before just having to experience for yourself, ya know?

I get it! Experience is priceless :v:

Agreed, even after so much reading I’m still changing such minor things as I experience them. Such a vast arrangement of variables :joy::joy::joy::joy:

Just a couple morning pics of the early flower going on with CW. She’s the best pic I could grab before leaving out in the morning. More to come later when I get back!
