Tip burn panic!

This morning i went out to the lab to check the ladies and discovered my Blue Dream has burnt, yellowed tips. Just the tips. She is at 8 weeks since sprout, 2nd week of flower. I am running Lotus Nutrients at their feeding schedule, a ViparSpectra 240 watt light at 100%, and maintain my ph at 5.9 to 6.2. She has been trouble free up to this point.

Tip burning isn’t something to worry about.

Agree with SC. :point_up_2::point_up_2:
Just back off a touch on your nutes and she’ll be good.

Thanks, Fellers! She has been such an awesome plant so far. I saw that this morning and my heart sank a bit. You guys are awesome! This is by far the best forum on the web!

I believe a tiny bit of tip burn means your plants are utilizing the nutrients very well.

Some call it painting the nails. What ever you are feeding it, do not go over that amount.

She has been fed according to the Lutus nutes hydro schedule to the gram. I was concerned at first that it might be too got for autos but no issues yet.

As mentioned no worries. Stay with what you are doing. I push pretty hard myself. I try for some paint. If start up leaf edges you went too far and just back off. I do that at times but like i mentioned I press pretty hard.

Those are pretty ladies! I think I may just go fill hydro. Maybe I have just been lucky, but i have just followed the schedule, kept the reservoir full, the lights on, and the air pumping and she grows. No guessing or overwatering. I will see how the girls in HF turn out in comparison.
