Time to change? Best grow times

Going to try auto’s. Indoor with 3 phlizon 1000 LEDs.What is the best time schedule? Been told 24h from start to finish. Also 22h-2, and 18-6. Would appreciate any help. Thanks :+1:

Can tell you from experience anything over 18/6 without CO2 is not adding anything but electric use to your grow. Just my personal experience and thought.
