thanks all, i am not too certain about ingesting bugs. i know it is done over seas but only a rare delicacy here in the U.S. not certan about bleach in a carpeted room. i would think the whole house is infected. this is going to be a pita. bomb the house as if for termites, that will make the neighbors happy. break down all the equipment. jeeezz @Covertgrower @Captn_Cannabis @KoolHandLuke @beardless @Caligurl

i now firmly believe i am blessed with not only spider mites, but also bud rot. so any thoughts for salvage, the big cola expressed mites and possibly rot. i topped the cola and after 2 days the exposed turned area turned very brown, making me think that mold was killed. i read the site and found the tobacco recipe from @garrigan62 who also recommended a safer brand product. so off to lowesā€¦safer brand it is (label says can use up to day of harvest).
. OR should i forget about it and toss all.
my saving grace for not tossing is all the pot iā€™ve smoked over the years that was grown out doors and at best was hosed down. my God, my buds are some sticky, good smelling buds.
so unless told other wise, theyā€™ll get another week or so for trichome oranging- 30% goal, chop in dark, cut off all non essential leaves and 3 part wash. 1- baking soda, 2- lemon and h2o2 mix then 3- plain water final wash and maybe a shower. then dry in paper bags after 2-3 days hang dry and cure. if anyone can offer other suggestions please do so. i am in way over my head. yā€™all are the best. cocomm

For the mites, Captn Jackā€™s Dead Bug is fine through flower. Just do the wash.
Iā€™m sorry I donā€™t have any experience with bud rot. Other than knowing to cut all of it out along with a good size surrounding area, then with both problems, the bud wash

thank you so much. i was afraid i would be LWLā€”left with larf. jorgeā€™s video was great!!! more importantly to me is that my 1st grow, heading into my 18th week, can be saved woohoo!!! :sweat_smile:, neem oil and de going on my 2nd grow immediately and weekly h2o2 mix spray on tent side walls, you dont know where i can get one of those airplane sanitizer light thingys,lol, cant be more than $30k or $40k. i am so relieved thank you, cocomm

I donā€™t like neem oilā€¦ I use Plant Therapy or Dr. Zymes.
