6/5 Week 4 update!
Vegging really has begun! Looking back at old pictures, I didnāt realize how big of a difference there was in one week.
All four are still very healthy. No other signs of burn and no further progress of the one leaf. I finally removed the supports now that the stalks are getting bigger. They handle the wind much better now. Pistils are formed on all four. Leaves are coming in by the lot. And they are getting a little fragrant but only if I get real close to them

Also, finally starting Nutes tomorrow morning. Trying to keep watering to morning only; now that theyāre in their final pots. Even though they are outdoors, trying not to run into mold problems any way i can. Since itās only Week 4, currently running Fox Farm Grow Big and Big Bloom half dose than listed. Starting with 4 gallons of water because I havenāt measured how much water Iāve been giving each plant. So far I would only stop when I see drips coming out of the Smart pot in at least a few places. So theyāll be getting 1 gallon each with the diluted Nutes
Weather has been cloudy lately but hoping for a strong summer with some rain here and there because the description says Fat Bastard does love rain but shys away from heat. But weāll see
6/11 Quick afternoon update:
Just noticed these petals browning at the edge. I chalked it up to pests munching on the leaves but was wondering about other factors. Opinions?
This one grew out like this
And this one I just noticed today. Very similar attributes. No other signs of burn or Over/Under feeding. Thatās why I assume its pests
6/12 Week 5 update!
All 4 plants are coming along very well. Still the 2 are growing much faster and larger than the other two. Although the runt is lacking in height, itās putting out as much pistils as the largest plant
Started full strength nutes today with the waterings. So far with half dosage, no signs of burn thankfully. Keeping an eye out for that. One unfortunate thing is one of the plants root got exposed somehow. Between the watering and wind knocking it around lead to a very small root getting exposed at the surface. Hopefully didnāt stress out the plant too much
Theyāre definitely getting more fragrant. The largest plant grew 8in since the last update. All 4 plants are developing a lot of leaves, branches, and pistils. Itās exciting

6/16 evening update:
Quick question for everyone
Ive noticed that this plant has slowed growing considerably but producing a TON of pistils. What does this mean for this plant? Should I just expect it to stop rising and growing flowers? I would say itās more dense than spread out for sure
On a side note, it seems that another plant is doing the same while the other 2 are growing a lot without as much pistils
same hereā¦I have some left over netting that I used for the same thingsā¦blueberriesā¦friut treesā¦After last few years dealing with the Catersā¦I WAS. supposed to build an outdoor inclosure to keep them safeā¦but as usual alot happened and I didnāt get to itā¦Maybe next year?..I hope Im not invaded againā¦

Very interesting. Iām giving each plant the recommended Fox Farm Trio dosage every 3 days. How can I help it even more?

Quick question: I noticed some lower leaves starting to do this
Does this startinhe plant is flowering and startig to pull from the plant? Or something else?
6/20 Week 6 update:
Totally forgot to post but here it is!

Weāre officially into flowering!

7/10 Week 9 update!
Man I totally forgot about this post but Iāve been keeping up!
First off: here they are now
They are doing just fine and getting nice and sour
I believe the following Saturday of the previous post, I went through a Sledgehammer phase. I had just started Beastie Bloomz. Everything scheduled correctly but to my lack of notice, my pH was way outta wack.
Leaves had these āmilkyā spots and didnāt think anything of it. My pH has risen to 5.5. And Iām sure it was like that for a while! 3/4 plants had very high pH. Luckily had some Dolomite Lime around and applied it immediately. Crushing the pellets and laying them in the soil helped literally right away. Now sitting comfortably at 6.8
The only other symptoms Iāve noticed are āBrown- spottingā around and on the leaves. It isnāt burn and I canāt really find a symptom in the glossary
This week transitioned from Beastie Bloomz to Cha-Ching ferts. I stopped with Grow Big since I cut it in half the week before.
The site that I bought these from says outdoor Autoflower grow finishes around Late September-Mid October. One is 4 weeks into flowering and the other 3 weeks. So weāll see if thatās true
Current nutes: Cha ching ¼tsp wkly
Big Bloom 1Tbsp BiWkly
Tiger Bloom 2tsp BiWkly
Each gets 1gal of water
Watering every 3days in the morning only
Reset every 14th day with ½Gal of water
7/9 PPM & EC: ~1500 & ~3000
Current pH: 6.5-6-8
Heights are unchanged

July 24th Week 11 update!
Weāre in the homestretch now! And by the look of the leaves, weāre not far off from curing time.
So I learned my lesson to pay more attention to the leaves because there was an infestation of aphids and ants on 2 plants. Thought everything was well until looking under the leaves and really watching the stem and soil. Promptly got some treatment for the bugs and testing itās worth
It claims to be able to use until DAY OF HARVEST. But the ingredients are pretty calm and are natural
But anyways, the longest flowering plants is gradually getting more yellow. Buds are turning a lot more purple. And within the last week and a half, pistils have been blooming like crazy among all 4 plants. Also dealing with a VERY crooked plant. Thanks to high winds due to a storm, it knocked the plant loose and it over compensated for the sun and now completely crooked lol and yet it seems to be the most dense of the 4
Now most of you will dog me on this but Iām continuing Cha-Ching along with the other nutes. For one, I just want to try. And two, they were cheap and I donāt have much anyways
The oldest flower gets 1Tbsp Big Bloom, 2Tsp Tiger Bloom, and ¼tsp Cha-Ching. After this week, I will be cutting TB in half until Cure
Also had to remedy the soil because it dipped below 6pH with some ground up garden lime
The 3 other plants get 1Tbsp Big Bloom, 1Tsp Grow Big, 2Tsp Tiger Bloom, and ¼tsp Cha-Ching. This will be the last week for Grow Big and will be cutting TB the week after
Sadly forgot to grab a runoff sample this week because I was rushing. Hoping to remember to do it on Thursday for the second watering

8/1 Week 12 update!
So as you can tell they are pretty much ready to go. No nutes this week and starting to flush.
One thing that I would like to know is if I should start drying and curing the farthest along plant. The leaves have yellowed and fallen off and the Pistils are about 80% amber. I donāt have a microscope to see if itās cloudy or not.
Other than that, the other three are progressing through yellow leaves as well but not as much. Iām thinking of starting to dry and cure the following week of the first one.
So hopefully Iām catching all of the. At the right time before they start going CBD. I plan of curing the entire plant as well. They are only so small, so they fit fine in the room I plan on hanging them in
Current pH of all soils: ~6.8
Current water pH: ~6.6
Current nutes: None; Flushing

Yeah if you think they are ready go for it! cut the fan leaves off and any other excess leavesā¦I donāt know if youāre into bud washing but if you are wash them and hang them upā¦let them dryā¦cure them and after they are readyā¦test them (aka smoke em
)ā¦

Each plant will come to maturity differently. 80%amber is a lot! Definitely take that one down

I just watered it today. So Iām thinking of letting it go till Sunday and then start the hanging/curing process

I would 100% recommend a bud wash before hanging to dry.
Any particular recipes? Iām seeing just basic 4gal of water with ¼cup each of Lemon juice and baking soda. The setup is 3 stations. Seems pretty straight forward?

Yup. I actually do a double was. One with lemon juice and baking soda and the other with hydrogen peroxide. The H2o2 is because I had some bud rot and wanted to be sure I killed any floating spores
