Thank you! Wish I’d done all of them like this. The big one is a beast and out of control but I’m wrangling her in shape. Just couldn’t bring myself to cut her . Was a good learning experience

Always a learning experience with each grow for me and never a dull moment. I usually stick with a manifold or quadline except for some clone runs and I flip them early with no training :love_you_gesture:

Is quadline where you leave 2 nodes instead of the 1 on a manifold? More of an X than a T right?

Yes, Indica strains I generally top at the 5th leave the 4th and remove everything below. Sativas at the 4th leave the 3rd and remove everything below. I just harvested this Charlotte Yesterdream over the weekend and was a quadline :love_you_gesture:

1 less topping than a manifold and generally remove some of the inside secondary branches at or just after flower, all depends on the growth. The canopy would have been larger and more even but I had to let her go vertical sooner because of space. 1st time growing in this closet and started with 3 and ended up hiding 1 in my Lilly garden :joy::joy::love_you_gesture:

:rofl:nice.
So 1 less topping means faster from veg to flower too right?

All the Autos I’ve grown will flower around 26-36 days. Generally they’ll hit the 6th node around week 2 of veg and I’ll top then and just enough time to top the 2nd for a manifold. Quad lines get the one topping and a lot of LST to spread her out early. When I run photos it’s no rush on time and I’m mainly wanting some clones for an early flower flip to replenish my Herb supply :joy::love_you_gesture:

Nice looking choice of soils. Thats all I use with some of my own composted manure and leaves thrown in. Your plants look super. I think I’ve seen enough cover crop being used now, that I will incorporate it into my next grow. Congrats, @TheBadHaggis, excellent results so far for a first grow. Happy trails.
