Just some ramblings of an old man.
I just got back from a big box store. I had to get some things for day to day life like I’ve done thousands of times in the past.
The seasonal piped in music was playing as they do this time of year and the decorations of the season were in full regalia.
Something struck me as odd tho. The absolute silence… No one was speaking to one another. The fellow shoppers stared into their devices and shuffled around seemingly aimlessly, the employees acted almost robotic and distant.
At the checkout, I was greeted by some text on a screen and prompted what to do.
For the most part, I am quiet and to myself but this was just creepy. No human interaction no words nothing but silence.
It brought a song from many years ago to mind.
Was this a warning about what we will soon become?

I need to make reasonably large bud trees to go with my goofy RC vehicles. They are close to 8th scale so they are kinda big.
