The girls are deficient!

Its not to far gone. I had a buddy ask me if I could salvage a plant for him. They cut off everything but left a couple leaves. I did bring it back to life and she yielded exactly 1oz dried, cured and no stems.

So if I can do that on a stripped plant, then you shall be fine. :+1:

Just please try and keep an eye out for me. :eye: I know you obviously donā€™t know me from a hole in the wall but i been on this forum for a couple of months already and you sure know how to grow these plants and give great advice. Very impressive! All i am looking for is a peep from time to time so that i donā€™t end up chucking my plants out the window! three of my plants are a week or two away from getting chopped. Maybe you can find it to help me in that process, if iā€™m lucky.
Itā€™s all good @MrPeat respect and blessings ! Have a great day!

Thanks for the reply buddy! I have gone down a rabbit hole and i canā€™t seem to find my way out!

Umm sorry but im horrible at translating between types. 50-60 ec is approximately how many ppms? Doesnt sound bad.

And did you happen to do the MKP woth diluted Jacks after the flush? Have u fed anything since then?

After the flush i screwed up and did microbes. Thats the only thing iā€™ve done so far. I struggled to get them to 800 ppm. That was last night. Pots are extremely heavy from all the water i flushed them with iā€™m certain its going to take long to dry. Maybe 5 days minimum, i think.
Thats 60 ppm sorry i thought it was the same difference.

Thats my next question what happens to all these deficncies? Will they start to leave the plant when i start feeding again.
Nitrogen deficient, as evidenced by how yellow the leaves are this early in Flower
a CalMag deficiency as evidenced by interveinal chlorosis (the yellow tiger stripes in between the veins of the leaves)
Phosphorus deficiency (random larger brown necrotic spots on the leaves)

For realā€¦ i got sick of battling salt buildup and lock out with the FF trio :joy:

I just switched this grow to only top dressing the soil with this Gaia Green stuff my local hydro store talked me into :joy:

They snapped out of it!! The flush helped a lot. And i just turned the lights on iā€™m certain in another 1hr or 2 they will even look better. Thanks @VaHillbilly the flush really was the best thing for them. Great call!! Iā€™m highly highly highly appreciative brother. My plants thank you as well!

I just finished watching a youtube video, with mr. Canuks and he was using that soil you mentioned gai green. Yes, definitely the way to go!! I like it. I was considering coco and i have been preparing it but its to complicated for me at this level of knowledge and experience i have, a big fat zero! I need simple, I need to keep it as simple as possible. The simpler the better.

:joy::joy: And i like simple too. Thatā€™s exactly why i switched to just top dressing the soil with the dry nutes and skipped outta the FF trio

Those words dont even belong together lol. Microbes are the secret weapon of many a grower. It may have made the nutrients more readily available, which means they will be eating more. But far from a screw up imo. Learning situation

I say this only because its what caused a lot of issues and i didnā€™t know it then. And also because my goal was to flush it to a lower ppm and instead i ended up boosting it right back up again. Smh! Lol!

Question gentlemen. Lets say my girls ar deficient of these 3 things below:
nitrogen, as evident by how yellow the leaves are even though this happens im told at the end of thier life cycle but its only been 3 weeks in flower

calmag deficiency as it is evident from interveinal chlorosis (the yellow tiger stripes in between the veins of the leaves)

phosphorus deficiency visible random large brown necrotic spots on a few leaves,
@MrPeat @Graysin @MidwestGuy @PurpNGold74
How do i address all those issues? Will a half dose of nutrients help or should i up that dose or what are my choices after a flush.

After a flush you want to feed full strength jacks. The nail tips are no issue. Every 1 here gave ypu great advices. You only use mkp for the 1st 2 weeks of flower with jacks. What microbes are you exactly feeding?

I will say this. As the plant flowers get bigger, they require more nutrients. My Sativas I will feed daily as I have them slam 1 to 2 gallons of water daily.

Your plants is showing Sativa leaves so you have that to deal with.

Also if the plant isnā€™t getting enough nutrients, say bye bye to the fan leaves. Those leaves will never recover.

Iā€™m not good at diagnosing deficiencies due to never dealing with them. I usually tag @Myfriendis410 for his input.

One member makes a banana peel tea for Phosphorus deficiency. Cal-mag is self explanatory as itā€™s also sold as it.

Nitrogenā€¦more nutrients with it in it.

No clue for cheap home remedies.

I dont use recharge i switch with billions at times. Iā€™ve used worm casting tea as well every other week for a month.

Will the 2% cal mag in jacks nutrients suffice or ahould I implement the cal mag?

Photosynthesis + at 1ml per gallon is enough which I believe thats what you are using. I think the worm casting might be throwing things off. I use the same stuff you have and no issues

I been using 3.6 ml per gallon h2o.
Yeah i no longer use it. I think i rather not ever again. It made my soil to compact. I mixed into soil when i preped my 5 gallon grow bags for this grow.

I just say throwing it off because you mixing organic and salts together. I can definitely be wrong . My soil always been coast of maine which comes with all of that so i use the microbes to keep it alive. Im not familiat with ff besides been hot for 4 5 weels
