I would say most things can be ruled out because all 9 have the exact same conditions and 7 look great. So maybe genetics maybe they got more or less water than the other I’ve been moving them around so the paints arnt under the same spot they all are super skunk fem and they are 25 days old

If thay are the same seeds than I would guess phenos/genetics.
Just like kids. It is just a phase and you hope they will grow out of it.
