Looking at these pictures it seems as though I have some amber trichomes there and quite a lot of cloudy ones. The leaves are also turning yellow and considering these are autoflowers that were planted in April 2020 my gut says this plant is ready for harvest, but this is my first grow so I am looking for some confirmation!!

Yeah there is some amber showing. You could definitely go ahead and harvest.
