Another storm passing thru tonight 4-8AM, maybe, Island time.
Generator fueled and tested good.

Hopefully, We are putting the East Coast fires out, as we turn the globe and pass the weather off to the East.

Prayers and be safe.

How goes after the newest storm?
Need anything from Whidbey Island?

All good.

Tents doing their thing.
This year’s seedling crop germinating and some are sprouting.
Might as well use the space-time-resources available.

11/7 seedling rehome
11/8 solo cups upgraded to 5-gal bags
KIS soil, perlite, and other mix.
Should have fully flushed soils when up-planting
Initial soil testing PH above 7.0 PPM above 2500
Similar to FFOF soil I have used.
11/21 In flower (?) age 6 weeks
Pictured at 8 weeks. Cold grow times.

Those are the “Best” looking three.
Others still growing, just not as fast or favored, yet.
All looking good. Some are over-watered (just trying to fully activate soil additives). Better handle on getting 6.5//1000 run-off.
Some of my seeds are sprouting.

Pizza, made at home.

ILGM Afghan Auto-flowers

Actually, grow soil is working reasonably well with the KIS soil, which might be similar to FFOF. Regardless, the Autos look to be happy.

Autos in flower, nice flowers.
Photos still in veg mode (18/6, for both).
Full watering tonight.
I used molasses with 900nute water?
Runoff collected and measured
PH 6.5 and PPMs very high Above 2000.
Not enough flush or too much molasses ?

N deficiency showing in Autos Not the Photo’s (same aged, same hours light, just not into flower. 18/6 Lights On/Off.

I been busy monitoring temps/rh/vpd and didn’t notice, until today.
Flowers and pistils looking good. Week 9 since drop, 3-4 weeks since Autos showed pistils.

Skunk clone from you (NK1).
I think you said it came from my seeds or my plant/clone?

The nitrogen deficiency that is see is “less green” leaves (older) and less green
like new young fresh soil leaves them. The green plants are in soil that is being fixed.
The autos grew so fast and had their soils conditioned (eventually).
Originally, they were 7.2 PH and 3000PPM. Now they are 6.5/and ??
the new Apera TDS has not arrived, yet.

Best news:
Current configuration for tents and hardware are handling winter well, so far. Love the 18/6 schedule. Works for me too.

Love the ILGM autos (my first) and love how they grew.
Thinking we should look for more.

The photos, reside in the tents, but may be just conditioning my soil or
will take over when I harvest the Autos

Wow those autos look great. You really got them dialed in.

The Nitrogen deficiency hit fast in the autos, but now is showing in the photos.

Jacks Part B should fix the deficiency.
Yes I am in love with the Autos and their growth.
Your seedling soil was beautiful and did the early days well.
I was too busy trying to “drop” the soil run-off numbers and obviously, didn’t think I was flushing out Nitrogen.
Gee power was out today and restored at 8 hours ( a good overtime day’s work). The 74MPH winds recorded tore up the Island. Could have been worse, maybe.
Hope the tents survive.

A beautifully calm day, almost enjoyable, today is, on the Island.
To see and measure how the tents recovered from yesterday,
I measured the IR-Temps for Leaf VDP temp offset (-6)
Lights just came on.
Unit T 383-BT measured
70KLUX measured for the Tent 1.
The HLG350R and VS1200V both ON-full, 855-WATTS
HLG formulas plus PMEFF
or known as Precision Measuring Equipment Fudge Factor.

50KLUX measured for Tent 2.
The HLG 260D/K and the VS900R, both on full 660Watts.

Recent bud tested -Smoked Good with spiked coffee.
Glad the electricity is on.
Have a great grow day to all.
