I’m calling to all to ask what’s the best thing to do when you over grew your plants they got to tall while I was in the hospital so when I flip these are gonna be insanely huge. What do I do or prepare other than heavy defoiling?
Imo, now’s the time for Super cropping! Go for it, don’t be shy, you’ll like it… 
I bend them down carefully and grow horizontal. Paracord is a good friend with zip ties.
Example…
I’m not a fan of basically snapping branches so they will lean over.
Super crop, I find it helps the tops get a little bigger after the knuckle has formed.
@kaptain3d @CoyoteCody I am in the super crop camp. Maybe a little more aggressively. I am thinking mid way or a little higher. I am trying to match the height of the bend with the majority of the other bud sites. The bottom stuff - branches can be pruned off. The tent will get pretty full with all of the plants so you will need to make space. You can do this by decreasing the overall size of the plant.
Sounds like a very good plan, imo!

@beardless basically what I did with my heavy defoil is what I gathered is keep doing that and removing the branches that wont produce as much to keep the higher ones. I did that to one of my plants already so I’ll keep doing that as long as my energy let’s me
I super crop them, or lst if space allows.
@Covertgrower was my description right for super cropping?
Supercropping is when a branch is bent, but not broken, and it’ll heal in that position.

The fun with that method is: you can redirect the branches wherever you need them to go… 
Shape your babies for the room you have… it will be a tight fit with all your current plants, but doable, imo…

Okay guys I’m back for a little update. Life had been super rough and I can barely take care of the plants let alone try and be on here so I’m sorry but I’m trying guys. I miss y’all.
I’m flipping them today at 13 weeks. I’m defoiling as I go but they’ve all been done at least once now so I’m ready to flip. I just did the right side again that’s why it looks so empty for it’s size but it’ll shoot straight back up. Here’s pictures for you all and technical info
Been using distilled water with mills nutes ph’d to 6.6-6.8 every other day and plain distilled water on the off days. It’s natural ph is 6.5 so I don’t mess with it. I added 2 more fans to try and cool down the lights and spread the cool air through the tent and they are killer. $20 a piece from Amazon and it’s stronger than my box fan. Anyways here’s the pics. (1 is from before I did any cutting.)
