What Jack’s feeding chart are you using? Or what weight per what amount of water?
I have seen that green gene has modified that origal Jack’s 321 feeding recommendations and thus I wanted to clarify.
I think you should run green Gene’s Jack’s recommended weights because he’s sorta the online pro with Jack’s that shares his knowledge even though he’s not part of our community
Awesome Glad to see ya!
Yes I got the orig mix from greengeans and used it just as he stated in the video, I did start with the 18gr/12gr/6gr/4gr(once a month)
Jack’s /cal-nit/epsom/fulvic for a 5 gallon mix(sry forgot to mention that it’s for 5 gals) but It looked like the tomato/pepper plants started to get yellow/spots ect, increased it to the mix I put up and they turned around and started to set fruit… LOTS of it!
This is veggies for now… The Super skunk seeds have poped and going in starter oots tomorrow. I still will mix 5 gals at a time even if I only use a couple for the girls but only with the
18gr/13gr/6gr/4gr for them as I have a lot to feed elsewhere too and can adjust accordingly. @Not2SureYet has a grow I’ve been watching with Jack’s and plan to do the same for mine. I’m in FFOF and HappyFrog w/worm casings so wont neet nutes for a while. Hoping to see how his come out, taste and yield wise cause I sure like the price of Jack’s.!
@Nicky, I got mine from amazon. I would say about the same cost or less if you can get it that way. I want to push mine a little harder feed wise. but am waiting till the next grow. I want a base line to go by. That way if any thing odd goes on. I will have an idea if it was me or normal.
I got the 4lb kit from GreenmansPharm on that Etsy site, they have a lot of different Odd size lbs, was more in my range for a trial.
BUT… Etsy is not shipping to Canada either… only one option there to.
Wow didn’t know it was like that… maybe an e-bayer? Good luck on it.
I have to get more I’m gonna get the 6lb kit next time. And If it does good I’ll get the big bag kit for the long run… I’m finding it is an all around feed for pretty much everything I tried it on from flowers to veggies to banana tree so my girls are gonna love it too I bet! Oh and you really cant mess it up I’ve gone up on Everyhting down one everything and in between to get desired results for different things, they’ll be no different but nice thing is Greengeans gave us a great start!
Dudnt do anything wrong I believe so we’ll wait before digging g them up to see…
Germinated in 6.89ph water with 4 drops of h peroxide , poped with tails in less than 38 hrs!! Put in Happy Frog soil 1/2" down and covered lightly… this is day 2 and no show… have them domed and in 77° non fanned room… so we wait and hope ! I’ve had some real bad luck in the starting stage! Need these to show!
I have some Skunk Growing outside in my outdoor mix, it lives up to it’s name, this weed has been around since I was in high school, can’t go wrong with Skunk!
Will definitely try it! Checked this morn and… one showed with a shell hanger,
Misted it to try to remove but still on there good, it’ll come of soon though… the other I still have my fingers crossed!! If I have to try again. I’ll got the 8hr soak like @Chasworks!
Hey T! GM 50% and watching is good! All else fails you can make it up in clones. Glad i help @kaptain3d the paper towel method was definitely a step i needed to skip! Tom if you must drop another one the 8 hr to soil method works great Stay lit
You sure did my friend! I used to have a 90% germinating average before…I tried plenty of other means, but for the last 6-7 months or so, my germinating rate have been horrible… Now I’m back at 100 % with your little trick.
Sorry. I have not done an up date in a while. I will get there and do a quick one right now. I only have 2 plants left. Both in Jacks and looking good. For germ issues. I have had some pop fast. And others that take 4 or 5 days.
And there looking mighty fine at that! Just looked at your journal good luck on the home stretch! I’ll be following along! Looking to see the outside SS! Looks like a few more people ordered the special ILGM had on them, So glad to see cause I learn from all of you here!
Well… she was sideways about a 1/2" down, I guess I didnt put it in correctly…so I dug it up and it was pretty stiff and greenish yellow but thick… so I put it in as well as I could without breaking it(pretty stiff it is)
I’m gonna see if they take(hope so) but the one on the right may have been damaged to much to grow?? We’ll see… there in just plain Happy Frog soil with a ph6.h and a tiny amount of mycos+ rince 2 days before setting seeds in… fingers crossed. Surprised that it didnt have enough strength to get to the top of the soil, the other one doesnt look to good either… not a good start.
